Father and Son Neil and Steven Lock are well recognised within the Industry. They have been in partnership for almost 20 years and in that time have grown and expanded and will continue to grow and increase in size. We currently have three main offices, Keysborough, Greensborough and Geelong. We travel throughout a majority of the Victorian areas and have reliable tradespersons within these areas.
At Lock Building Group we pride ourselves on ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service at all times; whilst the works are being carried out and after the works have been completed. The Insurance Companies are kept informed throughout all stages of each individual job.
We provide our clients the option of being updated throughout the repair process via email, fax, phone or mail. Upon completion of the works Lock Building Group also provide a follow up service to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied.
